From the Cheval gates it's a 7-minute run up Dale Mabry to Collier Parkway. We pull the tooth the same visit you walk in for: $299 flat, no insurance hoops, no two-week return appointment. Limited evaluation + x-ray is $49 and rolled into the price on extraction day.
