No. Just Pull It does not participate with any dental or medical insurance plans — this is how we keep prices low. We're happy to print a walk-out statement with dental codes and costs so you can self-file with your insurance.

Can you pull impacted wisdom teeth?

We do offer wisdom tooth extractions (D7210) for $399 per tooth. Our office is not equipped to remove severely impacted wisdom teeth, but every case is different, and we're happy to evaluate your situation. We offer a $49 limited evaluation and panoramic x-ray (D0140 + D0330). If your tooth requires a higher level of care, we will refer you to an oral surgeon and provide your x-rays.

Do you offer sedation?

Yes — in-office IV conscious sedation is available for an additional $399. IV sedation is by appointment only, never same-day, and requires a separate limited evaluation + x-ray visit first (D0140 + D0330) — $49. For patients who can't travel, we can refer to an oral surgeon closer to home.

Can I eat before my appointment?

For routine extractions under local anesthesia, a light meal beforehand is fine. If you're scheduled for IV conscious sedation, we'll give you specific eat-and-drink instructions ahead of time.

Do you treat minors / can I bring my child?

We treat patients 12 years and older. Anyone under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian who stays on-site for the entire visit and signs consent. Please bring a photo ID for the guardian. Children who are not patients are not allowed in the waiting room unsupervised, so we recommend arranging childcare. For complex cases we may refer you to a pediatric dentist or oral surgeon.

I'm pregnant — can I still get an extraction?

Yes, but please bring a written clearance from your OB-GYN to your appointment. We can't take X-rays, give anesthetic, or perform the extraction without it. Once we have the clearance in hand, we'll get you out of pain the same day.

I'm on blood thinners or bone density / osteoporosis medication — can you still pull my tooth?

Almost always, yes — but for your safety it's a two-visit process. The first visit is a limited evaluation + x-ray — D0140 + D0330 — $49, so we can review your full medical history and coordinate with your prescribing physician (and order any labs they recommend). Once we have everything back, we'll schedule the extraction. We know it feels like an extra step, but skipping it can cause serious bleeding or healing complications and usually delays treatment rather than speeding it up.

Can I be seen the same day?

Yes. We hold same-day, Saturday, and evening appointments at every location. Walk-ins welcome when available, we recommend an appointment as doctor hours vary.

Walk-ins are welcome when there's an open slot. Calling ahead or booking online is the surest path to being seen same day.

What pain medication will I get?

The majority of our patients receive scripts for antibiotics and/or pain medication, but it's ultimately at the doctor's discretion what to prescribe based on your specific case. Many routine cases do fine with over-the-counter ibuprofen or acetaminophen.

How long is recovery?

Most people feel back to normal within 24–48 hours. We send you home with full aftercare instructions — soft foods, no straws, gentle rinsing.

When can I go back to work?

Some patients can even head back the same day — but not if your job requires a lot of bending or heavy lifting. Most patients will need the rest of the day off and can return to work the following day. Patients that have been sedated will not be able to drive or return to work the same day. If you have any questions, ask your doctor.

Usually no — most patients heal up just fine with our written aftercare instructions and a quick phone check-in if needed. If you do need to come back in for a post-op exam (D4930), the visit is $49.
